No prior experience is required—our expert sauna meisters will guide you through every step of the journey.

What Every Session Includes

Each Aufguss session lasts approximately 90 minutes unless otherwise stated. During the session, you’ll enjoy three rounds in the sauna of around 15 minutes each, led by our expert sauna meisters. Between rounds, you’ll have time to cool down and savor refreshing treats.

  • Three rounds, including options like salt scrubs or venik treatments
  • Essential oils tailored to create unique sensory experiences
  • Towel or fan waving to evenly distribute the heat and aromas
  • Refreshing treats after each round to recharge and relax

What to Bring

To make the most of your experience, we recommend bringing the following:

  • Two towels: one to sit on, and one to dry off
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Flip-flops for safety and comfort
  • An optional bathrobe for added comfort between rounds
  • Swimwear if the session requires it (check when booking)
