New to aufguss?
Here's what happens
In an aufguss session, a sauna master pours water and places ice balls infused with essential oils onto hot stones, then uses towels to move waves of heat and aroma through the room.
There's music, and the intensity builds through each round. Between rounds you cool off, have a drink, and rest before going again.
This is how sauna is done across Europe, and we're bringing it to London.
